Honest review:
You can make the install easier and remove the rack from the mounting frame and use that as the template. The nuts are 10mm. 3 sets of holes should line up with studs and you may not have to use any anchors. If mine didn’t line up where I wanted it I would have drilled new holes in the frame.
If you remove the screws leave the top ones in the drying rack frame, the top rod will hold it in place. This will help when you reinstall the rack and covers. Also you don’t need to tighten the nuts so the way down. They are nyloc nuts and won’t become loose later, they just kinda float in the holes.
You can do this with one person but 2 would have made it easier when putting the drying rack back into the mounting frame.
